Works as part of a team to design, build, deploy, support, and train on our BI solutions platform. Familiarity with data science, business intelligence, and data analytics is key. He/she should have prior knowledge of data integration, data warehousing, modeling, business intelligence, and presentation concepts.The role is full-time and is onsite at Eataly HQ.Create ad-hoc data queries using Python Assist with the implementation/review of data quality improvement processes and initiativesDevelops enhancements to the data warehouseProvide support and expertise to business partners to assist with increased utilization of BI toolsAssist the Business Intelligence team in understanding data requirements from source systems for inclusion into the Business Intelligence platformMaintain alerts to ensure all daily jobs execute properly and provide corrective actions if needed to ensure successful executionCollaborate with business users and subject matter experts to establish a vision for providing BI solutionsDevelop milestones and timelines while managing small-to-mid-scale projectsParticipate in the evaluation of new BI tools for incorporation into the BI toolsetProvide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meet the company’s guest service culture standardsPerforms other duties as assignedQualificationsBachelor’s degree with a concentration in Computer Science or Business, or equivalent SQL work experience preferredPrevious experience working with Python or SQL required2 years of business intelligence and report writing experienceSolid technical aptitude in SQL/PythonAbility to write intermediate/advanced queries using T-SQL requiredRequires a balance of technical knowledge, problem-solving, report development, and communication skillsMust possess strong written, verbal, and presentation skillsMust be detail-oriented, have the ability to work in a deadline-oriented environment, regularly meet/exceed service level agreement requirements, and provide excellent internal customer serviceMust be able to work in teams & independentlyMust be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously at various stages of development while prioritizing commitments and managing time effectivelyThe salary range for this position is $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per yearAdditional InformationBenefits and PerksMedical, Dental, Vision InsurancePaid Time OffPaid Parental Leave401K with match or RRSPBonus programFree family meal dailyDiscounts at EatalyClasses on products and Italian cuisineReferral bonus programand more!Eataly is an equal employment opportunity employer.
