Position Summary The Analyst – Corporate Development will support the Vice Chairman and the Corporate Development team in the following: (i) Identification and relationship development with institutional investors, (ii) planning and organization of investor meetings and roadshows, (iii) identification and evaluation of M&A targets, (iv) evaluation of various U.S. and ex-U.S. corporate and business development opportunities, (v) creating and updating various internal and external presentations, including board materials, Scientific Advisory Board meetings, Company investor presentation and marketing materials for large academic clients, (vi) selectively support the coverage team responsible for academic oncology centers (Precision Oncology Alliance). The Analyst will work closely with the Vice Chairman, the Senior Vice President of Corporate Development, and the Chief Financial Officer. The position requires a smart and driven individual who is motivated to learn from a highly experienced team comprising senior former investment bankers. Job Responsibilities Support investor outreach including working on company investor presentations, script, investor meetings and conferences. Support the Corporate Development team in the identification, evaluation and assessment of financing, M&A and ex-US opportunities, including preparation and updating internal and external materials such as strategy documents, financial models and pitch documents. Stays current on industry, capital markets and competitor trends. Assist as needed to perform other related duties and special projects, as required. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree required. 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, consulting or at a Big 4 firm. We will be open to considering other similar professional services backgrounds. Strong understanding of spreadsheet modeling and ability to develop financial models. Highly proficient in using PowerPoint to develop, update and maintain various documents including strategy documents, board presentations and external pitch materials. Demonstrated team player and interpersonal skills. The role will require interaction with a wide range of fellow employees including senior leaders. Annual Hiring Range $100,000 - $140,000 Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level.
