  • Drive positioning and messaging for existing and new product offerings, advancing how we showcase the power and value of the Productboard platform
  • Craft compelling narratives and value props that clearly articulate use cases, benefits, differentiators, and business outcomes for our target personas, informed by user research, competitive intelligence, and product insights
  • Influence the roadmap and strategic planning by representing the voice of the customer and applying your expertise in Productboard’s products, use cases, market, and business strategy
  • Enable our customer-facing teams with impactful enablement, messaging, playbooks, and tools to win deals, expand accounts, and hit revenue goals
  • Partner with the broader Marketing team to execute campaigns and content to drive new business, retention, product adoption, and expansion
  • Design effective pricing and packaging strategies by researching and analyzing market trends, customer pain points, and sales insights
  • Build and scale repeatable programs and processes that support the growing team

About You

  • 8 years of related experience (marketing, product management, operations, or strategy), with 5 years of product marketing in high-growth B2B enterprise SaaS
  • At least 2 years of experience managing direct reports, and coordinating and developing individuals to maximize impact.
  • Gifted storyteller with excellent writing and communication skills and an eye for good design who can succinctly translate technical features into customer benefits that resonate deeply with external and internal audiences
  • Structured thinker with a demonstrated history of managing multiple complex projects simultaneously and mobilizing teams that span functions
  • Self-starter with a get-it-done attitude who can navigate ambiguous situations and succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic, hyper-growth environment
  • Team-player who builds relationships across functions and can influence without authority
  • Creative energy, courage to throw out the playbook, and out-of-the-box thinking
  • Technically savvy with regards to our products, solutions, industries we play in or capable of learning very quickly
  • MBA a plus

If you don’t meet 100% of the above qualifications, we still encourage you to apply!
