THE OPPORTUNITY
Under the direction of the Chief Financial Officer, our HR Manager will lead the HR function and take ownership of all HR matters across the company from payroll, recruiting, salary reviews, benefits administration, performance and disciplinary actions, and employee development.
We are looking for an exceptional HR professional who can effectively partner with internal stakeholders to drive positive organizational change, while also being a resource for all employees. Your success will be based on the ability to prioritize and deliver high value initiatives in a timely fashion in a fast-paced, high-growth corporate environment.
REQUIREMENTS
We are seeking a passionate HR professional who will play a critical role in leading the daily functions of the HR department. The ideal candidate is someone who loves working with people and understands the connection between great talent and company success. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service are a must.
