Requirements

THE OPPORTUNITY 

Under the direction of the Chief Financial Officer, our HR Manager will lead the HR function and take ownership of all HR matters across the company from payroll, recruiting, salary reviews, benefits administration, performance and disciplinary actions, and employee development. 

We are looking for an exceptional HR professional who can effectively partner with internal stakeholders to drive positive organizational change, while also being a resource for all employees. Your success will be based on the ability to prioritize and deliver high value initiatives in a timely fashion in a fast-paced, high-growth corporate environment. 

  • Support the employee lifecycle from new hire orientation and onboarding, through the exit process, continually working to improve the employee experience
  • Own the administration of the PA benefit plans and deliver a successful annual open enrollment
  • Drive the development and implementation of HR processes, policies and procedures, and strategic initiatives
  • Update and maintain employee records, personnel data, and execute daily HR transactions with the utmost integrity and confidentiality
  • Create and deliver reporting and metrics designed to provide insight and drive business decisions 
  • Develop a recruitment strategy and associated processes that effectively deliver to the hiring plan of the organization while attracting top tier talent
  • Research market conditions and collect relevant data to assist in developing new and innovative talent strategies
  • Act as a culture steward for the company
  • Manage the performance and annual salary review process
  • Administer the PA 401(k) plan to include ensuring ongoing compliance and timely filing of notices and forms 
  • In conjunction with outside counsel, oversee the immigration function to make certain that all employment visas are valid and that appropriate processes are initiated in a timely fashion
  • Process error-free semi-monthly payroll and maintain accurate records and timely filings
  • Perform other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

We are seeking a passionate HR professional who will play a critical role in leading the daily functions of the HR department. The ideal candidate is someone who loves working with people and understands the connection between great talent and company success. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service are a must. If you are comfortable working independently and are a results-oriented multi-tasker, we encourage you to apply. 

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field 
  • 5 years of corporate human resources experience or related field
  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships at all levels of the organization 
  • Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations
  • Experience in maintaining an HRIS and ATS; knowledge of Paylocity is a plus
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are a must 
  • Must be detail oriented and possess excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and have the flexibility to handle various job assignments
  • Ability to handle confidential information with the upmost professionalism
  • Working knowledge of M&A processes and procedures a plus
