Salesforce Technical Lead - Intro:
We are seeking a Salesforce Technical Lead for a 6-month contract-to-hire position. The conversion to a permanent position will be based on performance.
Salesforce Technical Lead - Job Details:
In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and integrating software solutions on Salesforce.com. You will lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions, including customizations, integrations, and data migrations, to meet business requirements. You will also conduct technical feasibility assessments and provide recommendations for optimal solution architecture. Furthermore, you will define and document technical specifications, solution design documents, and data models. Your role will also involve providing technical leadership and mentorship to the development team, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices, and collaborating with other developers to build maintainable, testable, and efficient systems.
Salesforce Technical Lead - Mandatory Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Salesforce Developer
• Strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform and development tools, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning
• Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer I Certifications

Salesforce Technical Lead - Desired Skills:

• Ability to grow as a developer, staying well-informed about best practices and new functionality on the Force.com platform
• Active participation in design and sprint planning sessions, offering relevant solutions and input
• Ability to mentor junior software engineers and perform code reviews
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities

Salesforce Technical Lead - Start Date:
The position will commence as soon as the right candidate is found. Please note that this is a Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm EST role.
Salesforce Technical Lead - Location:
This hybrid role requires three days per week in our Raleigh, North Carolina office.
