A little about the role…

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand awareness and perception through strategic marketing initiatives including developing and executing social media strategies, supporting industry and social influencer programs and creating innovative campaigns to elevate our brand's visibility and reputation. The Marketing Specialist will also help to manage our monthly budget updates and work with internal marketing partners to support additional campaigns and projects.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand presence and engagement across various platforms
• Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize content and strategy for maximum impact
• Engage with key social media influencers, content creators and brand ambassadors through social media platforms to amplify brand messaging and reach a wider audience
• Create and manage campaigns that effectively communicate the brand's values and solutions to the target market
• Coordinate with internal partners to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with overall business objectives and messaging
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices and emerging social media technologies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge
• Monitor social media metrics and influencer engagement to provide insights for continuous improvement and decision-making
• Manage the updating of the marketing budget tracker on a monthly basis
• Leverage AI content platform to create on brand campaign content

Our Ideal Candidate will have…

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field
• Understanding of social media platforms and best practices for engagement and followers
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Understanding of the importance of using social media management and analytics tools for data-driven decision-making
• Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute innovative marketing initiatives
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams

This position can be based in our Denver office or fully remote. We are currently in a flexible hybrid in-office/remote working model based on business needs.
