One of American Family Insurance’s largest agencies is seeking a qualified Marketing and Retention Specialist to join their winning team. Your main role will be to assist with Marketing and retention of existing clients. This position requires someone with a high attention to detail. You must have or be able to obtain a CO Property and Casualty license within 30 days of employment.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Retention Marketing Manager located in Denver, CO at Abbie Davis Tanner Agency, American Family Insurance. The Retention Marketing Manager will be responsible for executing cross-channel retention marketing campaigns targeted at retaining existing customers and improving customer loyalty. This includes developing, managing, and evaluating email, social media, and SMS marketing campaigns, and collaborating with various teams to ensure continuity across all channels. Excellent communication and relationship building skills are critical to the success of this role.

Qualifications

• CO P&C license or able to obtain within 30 days
• Experience with social media marketing
• Excellent project management and communication skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally with other teams
• High attention to Detail
• organized, and able to prioritize tasks effectively
• 2 years of experience in insurance retention marketing or a related field
