As a Retention Marketing Specialist , you'll play a pivotal role in nurturing customer relationships and ensuring long-term loyalty. Your focus will be on reducing customer churn, mitigating lost revenue, and retaining existing customers.Insurance experience is not required, we will train the right person with the right skill set.
