Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced E-commerce Marketing Specialist to spearhead our digital marketing efforts. As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to drive traffic, increase conversions, and enhance brand loyalty across our e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Klaviyo, Shopify, Canva, social media marketing, and email marketing, along with a strong understanding of digital marketing techniques, excellent analytical skills, a passion for staying ahead of industry trends, and the proven ability to establish and maintain a consistent marketing structure.
Responsibilities:
· Lead the development and execution of comprehensive e-commerce marketing strategies, with a focus on driving sales growth and maximizing ROI.
· Utilize SEO best practices to improve website visibility and organic search rankings.
· Implement and optimize email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo, including segmentation, automation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
· Manage our Shopify platform to ensure optimal functionality, user experience, conversion rate optimization, and an outstanding online shopping experience.
· Develop and execute social media marketing campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X (formerly, Twitter), and LinkedIn, with a focus on audience engagement and community building.
· Create compelling content for social media posts, blog articles, product descriptions, and email newsletters to drive customer engagement and retention.
· Analyze key performance metrics across all marketing channels to track progress, identify trends, and optimize campaign performance.
· Implement a structured approach to marketing activities, including content calendars, campaign schedules, and performance reporting.
· Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously innovate and improve our marketing efforts.
· Provide exceptional online customer service, maintaining the high standards of Hammond’s Candies
· Provide regular updates and reports to management on marketing performance, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce marketing, with a focus on email marketing, social media marketing, and Shopify platform management.
· Proven experience with Klaviyo email campaigns, knowledge of graphic design tools and experience with Canva
· Understanding of SEO, web analytics, and Google AdWords.
· Strong understanding of Shopify platform capabilities, including product listings, inventory management, and checkout optimization.
· Expertise in social media marketing strategies and best practices across major platforms.
· Ability to create engaging and persuasive content for various marketing channels, with a keen eye for detail and brand consistency.
· Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams.
· Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
· Creative thinking and a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation.
Salary: $54,000 to $60,000 annually Bonus
**Salary would be appropriate to experience level
