Location: Omaha, Nebraska Job Description: Our client is hiring a Project Manager to join its growing team. The primary role of the Project Manager is to lead projects from start to completion. The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the project, delegating tasks to team members, and ensuring deadlines are met. The ideal candidate is an organized, detail, and deadline-oriented, self-starter who is driven to surpass personal goals and meet company objectives. Responsibilities: Persistent, process-driven, and strategic. Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project execution. Predict resources needed to reach objectives and coordinate resources effectively and efficiently. Manage project schedule and work plan. Compensation & Benefits: Base = $60k Bonus Opportunity Full benefits package (health, vision, dental – 50% paid by the company, employee only) 401 K with company match up to 4% - 2-year vesting period.
