Responsibilities

• Handle and coordinate active calendars
• Schedule and confirm meetings
• Provide ad hoc support around office as needed

Qualifications

• Education : High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience :
• 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within manufacturing.
• Experience supporting senior management is advantageous.
• Skills :
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently under pressure.
