Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with customers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about customer service, account management, and outside sales.
Duties:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track sales activities, manage leads, and analyze sales data
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms with clients to maximize sales revenue
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to customers regarding product features and benefits
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
Requirements:
- Proven experience in outside sales, business development, or account management
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in analyzing market trends and identifying potential opportunities
- Ability to negotiate effectively and close sales deals
- Familiarity with technology sales is preferred
- Experience using JobNimbus, Acculynx or similar CRM software is a plus
