The Global Support Manager is responsible for the management of the service relationship with the proprietary software (IBEAM) asset management clients. Manages the daily operations and workflow for the Global Support Team, ensuring the execution of IBEAM related projects and deliverables across the organization. Oversees and manages the onboarding of new clients, assisting with implementation based on customer’s desired scale and establishing trusted advisor partnerships. Builds and maintains communications with customers and internal departments regarding service- related issues and events.
