At Prime Protection - ADT Dealer, we've been in the business of helping save lives through home security for more than 10 years, and we are one of the top-rated ADT dealers in Florida.

We are currently looking for a general sales manager to help drive our expansion throughout the state of Florida. You will be expected to set the tone for your team's success, both out in the field and in the office, by leading from the front, overseeing your team's success, alongside hiring and training new sales reps. In exchange, we offer competitive uncapped compensation and a schedule to fit your needs, along with overrides for every sale a sales rep underneath you makes.

In this role, you will spend 70% of your time out in the field and 30% in the office, leading a team of outside sales representatives selling ADT's core product: Home Security & Home Automation.

Responsibilities in the office include:

• Interview and hire outside sales reps
• Assign and manage leads
• Track and audit sales
• Conduct training, 1:1 coaching & development, hold team meetings

Responsibilities in the field include:

• Meet personal & team sales quotas
• Motivate your team
• Ride-alongs for new hires & struggling sales reps

Qualifications:

• 3 years of outside sales experience
• Valid driver's license
• Excellent customer service skills
• Go-getter attitude & motivation to put in hard work
• Alarm sales experience required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
