Prime Capital Investment Advisors is Hiring a Client Service Specialist Near San Diego, CA

We are seeking a motivated Client Service Specialist to join our rapidly growing wealth management practice in our San Diego Market. We are a financial services firm that truly cares about their clients, advisors, and associates. Objectives: The CSS plays an important role in serving our clients and successfully operating our market locations under the direction of the Managing Director. Client Service Specialists work independently to organize and manage a wide range of administrative and client support activities. We are looking for associates who have a desire to be the very best and to provide the highest level of service excellence.

Our Standards: Our overall standard is "service excellence." Our goal is to provide the very best experience in service to our clients and advisors. As such, the CSS must display:

· Professional Expertise

· An ability to quickly form and maintain a positive, productive relationship with advisors and their clients

· Strong technology skills

· An ability to learn the financial services industry and understand the objectives for the position

· Tremendous written and oral communication skills

· Ability to adapt quickly and positively to change in the financial services industry

· Superior attention to detail and follow through; accuracy is extremely important

· Excellent organizational and time-management skills; ability to successfully multitask and manage priorities effectively

· Team player and collaborator

· High standard of professionalism, ethics, confidentiality, and integrity

· Willingness to be proactive

There are several key areas where Office Administrators must demonstrate professional proficiency:

· Financial industry terminology and account types

· Salesforce data entry and management

· Docusign technologies

· Detailed and accurate data entry and account processing

· Policy and procedures including FINRA guidelines

· Google Suite and calendar management

· Client service

· Client Engagement program

Education/Experience

· High school Diploma required

· Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent financial services industry experience

· Series 65 preferred

· Financial Investment Advisory Services Industry experience preferred

· Google Suite, Salesforce, Microsoft Suite, Adobe skills required

· Successful completion of industry standard background screening required

· Former experience working with Schwab, Orion, Salesforce, Docusign is a plus

Compensation:

This is a Non-Exempt Full-time position. Salary is determined based on experience.

Prime Capital Investment Advisors provides a client-centric team approach to full-service financial planning, including fee-based asset management and wealth management through its Prime Capital Wealth Management brand. Through its Qualified Plan Advisors brand, the firm also provides retirement plan advisory services, as well as plan participant education. PCIA currently has 50 locations throughout the United States, with over 160 investment advisor representatives and 160 associates serving clients across the nation.
