The Role:
As our Office Care Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional customer service in our call center. When someone interacts with you, they will feel they've met a pleasant expert who's genuinely interested in their needs.

What Does a Day Look Like?
Customers may reach out to schedule service, pay a bill, or ask a general question about a pest they’re seeing or about their account in general. You would be responsible for resolving all customer requests in a timely, yet friendly manner. Our Office Experts pride themselves on helping others. Whether it’s through setting an appointment or setting expectations about how our products work, our competent Office Experts start and end every call with a smile.
While we’re here for our customers, we’re here for our team and community too! We help with personal development by holding Daily Training to brush up on pest facts and treatment methods or customer role-plays to help provide even better service. We also like celebrating all the big and small things! Did you know that Belgian Waffle Day is on August 24th? Whether it’s getting together for potlucks, employee appreciation outings, and volunteer events like local high school football games or charity 5Ks… we love to give back to the people in more ways than one!

Requirements
Previous customer service experience preferred.
Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
Comfortable working with computers and web applications.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Bachelor's degree is a plus.
Availability: Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends.
