Compensation: $100,000 - $125,000 bonuses
Job Type: Full Time - Primarily in office/field w/ flexibility for WFH as necessary

- Locate land suitable for acquisition and development by conducting the necessary market research and due diligence
- Determine land values in the specific market by checking like property sales by means of public records, developers and other professional affiliates Negotiate and contract land acquisition
- Coordinate land entitlement and planning activities with Development personnel
- Coordinate governmental review
- Review and monitor purchase agreements.
- Coordinate joint venture agreements or joint venture management agreements, as appropriate
- Bachelor's or Associates Degree in Business Administration or Construction Management (or equivalent in related field);
- 3-5 years of land acquisition or similar experience
- Valid Driver's License
- Broad understanding of basic financials
- Strong analytic skills
- Strong Excel skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Self-starter
