Primary Recruiting Services is Hiring a Land Acquisition Advisor Near Smyrna, DE

Job Title: Land Acquisition Advisor
Location:Smyrna, DE
Pay: $85,000 - $95,000 bonus

What You’ll Be Doing:

Prepare land investment packages that are presented to upper management.
Prepare market analyses of competition communities, product, pricing, sales, traffic, etc. for identified market areas and for specific acquisition opportunities.
Prepare financial FMS analyses of acquisition opportunities, including proformas, P&L, proforma assumptions, cash flows, ROI, etc.
Maintain business relationship with municipalities within the Division’s geographic boundaries.
Counsel upper management in land, kick-off, product and pricing, close-out meetings in the evaluation of potential land purchases.
Learn to propose lot/product mix and arrange for the preparation of concept plans as required.
Learn to draft/issue purchase proposals to minimize the transactional risk to the Company.

What We’re Looking For:

2 years of experience in land acquisition analyst or land acquisition manager role (or similar)
Bachelor's Degree in business administration, urban planning, construction, civil engineering or similar from a four-year college or university preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel required.
