Role Description Red Cedar Homes is looking for a detail-oriented Land Acquisition Manager to join our team. This role will manage land and lot contracts and feasibility from start to finish, ensuring deadlines are met and documents are organized for the land acquisition and land development teams. As the Land Acquisition Manager at Red Cedar Homes, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of land and lot contracts, from initial organization to final closing. This includes overseeing permit processes, coordinating with external parties for closing procedures, and maintaining detailed records of critical dates and documents. You will also work with various consultants to ensure compliance with entitlement applications and facilitate timely submissions. Your attention to detail and organization of the process will be pivotal in ensuring the seamless execution of land acquisition operations. Schedule:
Monday-Friday, standard daytime hours; 8 am - 5 pm. Occasional weekend work may be required.
Job Type:
Full-time position, averaging 40 hours per week.
Compensation:
$80,000-$100,000

Work Environment
Office-based environment with a business casual dress code. Standard office equipment, such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines, are used in this role.
Physical Demands
The role requires the ability to talk and hear, stand, walk, use hands to handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms. Occasional lifting of office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds, may be necessary. Some travel might be required.
