Overview :

As Production supervisor / All-rounder of our production for electronic assemblies (keyboards, mice, panel PCs, customized products) you will be responsible for the efficient organization and management of all production activities in our new production site in Houston, Texas.

Your tasks will also include setting up a new production facility for electronic assemblies modeled after our successful production setup in Germany.

You will play a critical role in executing our expansion plans and ensuring a smooth manufacturing ramp-up and production flow while meeting quality standards, schedules and budgets.

Tasks and responsibilities :

1. Plan, build and manage the new production facility for electronic assemblies in Houston, based on the proven model of our existing production in Germany.

2. Understand supply chain and build good relationship with suppliers

3. Plan and purchase equipment for warehouse, office and production area

4. Take responsibility for overall production planning, control and monitoring to achieve production targets and ensure quality of manufactured products.

5. Ensure compliance with quality standards and carry out quality controls throughout the manufacturing process

6. Efficiently utilizing resources, including labor, machinery and materials, to achieve production goals and minimize costs

7. Developing and implementing production plans, schedules and guidelines to optimize manufacturing operations

8. Managing and motivating production personnel to create a productive work environment and maximize performance

9. Identifying bottlenecks or inefficient processes and implementing solutions to continuously improve production performance

10. Monitor safety and environmental policies to ensure employee safety and regulatory compliance.

Requirements :

2. Proven experience in a managerial / supervisory position in production, ideally in the electronics manufacturing industry.

3. In-depth knowledge of electronics manufacturing production processes, quality management and lean principles.

4. Knowledge of the challenges of scaling production capacity.

5. Ability to lead, motivate and develop teams and effective communication skills at all levels.

6. Analytical mindset and problem solving skills to overcome complex production challenges.

7. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

8. Willingness to work flexibly and adapt to changing requirements.

9. Knowledge of occupational safety and environmental regulations.
