You will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the daily operations of a department. In addition, your role will emphasize upholding our brand promise and core values through effective communication and coordination with various teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the department to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Develop and implement efficient procedures to optimize productivity and minimize errors in the processes.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure the timely delivery of customer orders, thereby meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Hire, train, and supervise employees within the department, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Oversee the daily workflow, schedules, and assignments while ensuring safe practices.
  • Direct and manage plant operations for a department in production.

Qualifications:

• • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
