Job Details

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of production personnel to ensure that production schedules are met in a timely and efficient manner.
• Monitor production processes and procedures to identify opportunities for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Train and mentor production employees to ensure that they are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.
• Develop and maintain production reports and metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards to meet regulatory requirements and customer expectations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that production processes are aligned with customer needs and business objectives.
• Manage inventory levels to ensure that materials and supplies are available for production needs.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by enforcing procedures and regulations.
