PRGX is Hiring a Corporate Operations Manager Near Washington, DC

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Operations Manager to join our client's team.

This role is pivotal in managing multiple efforts within their organization, with a focus on streamlining operations and facilitating efficient workflow across various departments. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of internal/corporate experience coupled with expertise in operations management.

The candidate should have experience working in a small to midsize GovCon company.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and coordinate internal projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and timelines.

2. Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize productivity and efficiency across departments.

3. Serve as a liaison between different teams, fostering collaboration and communication to drive collective success.

4. Manage the capture and proposal process for contracts, leveraging industry knowledge and insights to develop compelling proposals.

5. Analyze performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures.

6. Lead cross-functional teams in executing strategic initiatives, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.

7. Monitor compliance with company policies and procedures, identifying risks and implementing controls to mitigate potential issues.

8. Collaborate with senior management to develop long-term business strategies and objectives, contributing valuable insights and recommendations.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field;
  • Proven experience in corporate operations management, with a track record of successfully managing multiple projects and initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and best practices, with the ability to identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Experience in the capture and proposal process for contracts, including RFP analysis, proposal development, and contract negotiation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software applications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
