Job Title

Project Manager

Job Description Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in project management for commercial property renovations, tenant improvement buildouts, and ground up construction. Monitor and coordinate the execution of various services and processes relating to project management through contracted agreements. Additionally, this candidate will possess excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while interacting with the Client, property or facility manager and the PRG team.

Responsibilities

- Plan and oversee construction projects from start to finish, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation

- Assist in the selection and oversight of consultants/construction teams as necessary for each project

- Coordinate and manage all aspects of the construction process, including contractors, subcontractors, and materials

- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project reports

- Monitor and track project progress against timelines and budgets, and adjust plans as necessary

- Communicate with clients and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are managed

- Provide and manage appropriate documentation flow and correspondence to obtain the necessary approvals and commitments for expenditures over the approved budget

- Foster positive relationships with clients, contractors, and team members

- Participate in the marketing and presentation of services to clients seeking new opportunities to grow this business unit

Requirements

- B.S. degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or related field preferred

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction project management

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Knowledge of construction safety regulations and best practices

- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite

- Experience in CAD is recommended but not necessary

Salary $70,000 - $80,000 or TBD based on experience.
