Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The HR Generalist will be responsible for various HR functions, including employee relations, recruitment, benefits administration, and HRIS management. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Duties: - Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers - Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire orientation and exit interviews - Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and terminations - Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS system - Provide guidance and support to employees on HR policies and procedures - Assist with employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions - Conduct investigations into employee complaints or concerns - Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations - Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR policies and procedures - Assist with workforce management activities, such as performance evaluations and succession planning - Coordinate training programs for employees on various topics, such as diversity and inclusion or sexual harassment prevention Skills: - Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws - Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Taleo, Paylocity) - Experience with payroll processing and administration - Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Familiarity with contract management processes - Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions - Experience using iCIMS or other applicant tracking systems is a plus - Knowledge of OSHA regulations is preferred - Social media management experience is a plus If you are a motivated HR professional looking for an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic organization, we encourage you to apply.
