A fast growing, new and exciting ABA Therapy company is searching for a Human Resource Manager. This position is currently part time but would consider offering full for the right candidate. Even if it starts part time, It that will grow into a full time position within 12 months.

Be part of a team where the clients and employees come first. We provide tuition and child care reimbursement as well as other benefits and a competitive salary. This position is new in Strides and will report directly to the COO.

Responsibilities will be:

  • Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding
  • Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all local, state and federal regulations
  • Work with the existing staff to create training programs and be sure everyone is up to date on the latest training requirements
  • Help management staff work through any personnel issues that arise
  • Ensure the organization’s compliance with local, state and federal regulations
  • Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently
  • Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives
  • Identify a HR system that can be easily implemented and meet Strides' current and future needs
  • Advise on trends of competitor compensations
  • Work to further Strides' employment retention strategies

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a related area.
  • A minimum of 4 years of human resources experience
  • Willingness to learn
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and written skills

Part-time: Flexible schedule, 20 to 25 hours per week. Hourly rate of $25 to $30 per hour. Full-time for the right candidate.
