Position: Temporary Administrative Assistant
Duration: May - August (with potential for full-time hire)

DUTIES:

• Must be able to work independently
• Work with well and take direction from the leader in charge
• Help coordinate HVAC installs
• Schedule planned maintenance appointments
• Support sales and complete any necessary paperwork
• Complete data entry and general office duties
• Communicate with crew leader, install manager & warehouse coordinator

REQUIREMENTS:

• No prior HVAC experience needed but helpful
• Must be able to pass background check & drug test

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
