Pragmatics, Inc. has a requirement for an Navy Qualified Validator Level III to support the task order to provide professional Information Technology (IT) support for the Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) Activity Chief Information Officer (ACIO)/Information Technology Division, Code 104.

This opportunity is in Middletown, RI and requires aa Active Secret clearance.

Qualifications

The Navy Qualified Validator Level III shall have

• Manage and maintain the Assessment & Authorization (A&A) process for communications and information systems.
• Prepare, review, and maintain Risk Management Framework (RMF) artifacts/ packages.
• Monitor and report IT system outages to the appropriate teams or individuals when notified via customer interactions.
• Review configuration changes to approved baselines and advise applicable personnel if proposed changes impact security posture requiring a Memorandum For Record (MFR)
• Perform data gathering and develop documentation to provide vulnerability assessment at the system level.
• Participate in system vulnerability audits utilizing current scanning tools.
• Perform compliance assessments and produce analysis reports for accredited systems.

Required Qualifications:

• Must Have an Active Secret Clearance
• Must hold certifications meeting DoD 8140.01 IAT Level III baseline certification
• Must hold at minimum Department of Navy (DoN) Qualified Validator (NQV) Level III Certificate of Appointment
• 2 years of experience as Navy Qualified Validated (NQV) 3

Desired Skills

• Experience creating and maintaining Configuration Management Plans, Vulnerability Management Plans, Continuous Monitoring Strategies, System Plans of Action and Milestone
• Previous experience performing on-site Cybersecurity A&A audits and validations on DOD networks and systems.
