Pragmatics is seeking a Junior Analyst to support the Office of the General Counsel – Navy Division. The position is full time in our Reston, VA corporate office. This role centers around the research and review of historic documentation from the U.S. Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Program. The ideal candidate will work independently and be able to effectively communicate research findings. Prior experience with analytic research is a plus. 

Job Duties:

• Primary duties include evidence research, review, and analysis
• Research various documents associated with historical FMS cases, weapon systems, and services.
• Provide administrative project assistance by performing document preparation, data entry, and other light office duties.

• Aptitude for critical thinking and problem solving
• Ability to search for, locate, extract, and organize required data in a financial or legal context
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Thorough attention to detail when preparing, reporting on, and finalizing tasks
• Conscientious self-starter who can work independently
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Education and Experience:

• Minimum requirement of Associate Degree; will consider current students
• Minimum 2 years' experience in FMS case management or military service can substitute for all or part of the degree requirement
• Litigation and/or NAVSEA support experience a plus

Clearance Requirement:

• DoD SECRET clearance, or ability to receive a clearance. U.S. Citizenship required.
