Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent required; completion of a Medical Assistant program preferred. - Knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology. - Previous experience in a healthcare setting is highly desirable. - Proficiency in medical administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing electronic health records (EHR), and handling insurance claims. - Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with patients, healthcare professionals, and other staff members. - Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. - Basic understanding of coding practices for accurate documentation and billing purposes. - Familiarity with taking vital signs accurately and efficiently. - Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing healthcare practices.
