G Medica Dx, a leading provider of diagnostic testing and occupational health services, is seeking a skilled and adaptable Medical Assistant to enhance our office team. This role will play a crucial part in supporting office operations, assisting in patient care, and overseeing various medical services, including specialized testing and vaccinations.

Qualifications:

• Completion of a certified Medical Assistant program.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish is required, with Spanish speaking and writing skills being a priority.
• Proficiency in administering vaccinations, including MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis B, and COVID-19 vaccines, with knowledge of proper storage and handling.
• Familiarity with specialized testing procedures such as Quest T-Spot and QUANTIferon TB testing is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with patients and healthcare team members.
• Experience in phlebotomy and specimen collection techniques.
• Capacity to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and thrive in a fast-paced setting.
• Dedication to maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to safety measures.
