The Regional Medical Director is responsible for the overall medical and clinical operations of the Urgent Care Veterinary Practices in Texas. This position will oversee the clinical team, develop and implement medical protocols, and ensure the highest level of patient care.
The ideal candidate will have a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree and be board-certified in emergency and critical care. They will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role in an emergency or critical care setting. They will be a strong clinical practitioner with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The responsibilities of the Regional Medical Director include:
The Regional Medical Director will be based in Texas and will travel to the Urgent Care Veterinary Practices as needed.
