Full time Regional Director Of Operations - General Practice Veterinary Hospitals - Texas, Oklahoma, Florida, Georgia

The Regional Director of Operations is responsible for the overall operations of a group of general practice veterinary hospitals. This includes overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hospitals, managing the staff, and developing and implementing marketing and business plans. The ideal candidate will have a DVM degree and experience in a leadership role in a veterinary setting.

Responsibilities:

• The Director of Regional Operations will be responsible for approximately 15-20 hospitals.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of a group of general practice veterinary hospitals
• Manage the staff, including veterinarians, technicians, and support staff
• Develop and implement marketing and business plans
• Monitor financial performance and ensure that the hospitals are operating within budget
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure that patients receive the highest quality of care
• Maintain compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

Qualifications:

• DVM degree
• 5 years of experience in a leadership role in a veterinary setting
• Strong business acumen and financial management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
