Originally founded in 1952, Pool Troopers now has branches spanning Florida as well as Texas and Arizona.

Being bilingual in English and Spanish is a huge plus, but not a requirement of the position. Starting pay is $20/hr.

• Experience speaking to customers telephonically to provide information about products and services, while updating electronic records simultaneously.
• Be able to individually manage an investigation of customer concerns by coordinating and communicating with other departments, which include Managers, Teammates and Clients.
• Have keyboard and listening skills.
• Someone who can keep their cool under any circumstance.
