Pomeroy is seeking a Desktop Support Technician in the Wilmington, DE area!

In this role, you will provide remote IT support, as well as provide on-site support with IT hardware/software troubleshooting and repairs.

The ideal candidate for this position will have strong IT troubleshooting skills, PC replacement knowledge, break/fix experience with laptops/desktops/printers, and a strong customer focus.

This position offers:

Minimum Requirements:

  • 1-2 years IT help desk/desktop support experience or Associates degree in Information Technology strongly preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills, interpersonal skills and telephone etiquette.
  • Ability to handle up to 50 client calls a day on a variety of topics and complexity levels
  • Proficient in all of Microsoft's currently supported Operating Systems
  • Proficient in messaging systems such as Microsoft Outlook and Lotus Notes
  • Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen
