Crown Packaging International, a supplier of plastic rigid packaging, is seeking candidates for the role of Customer Service Representative to help build our presence in the Chicago and Midwestern market. The primary purpose of this role will be to assist in all facets of Customer Service, including customer relations, communications, order processing, logistics, and problem solving. This role is to ensure each customer receives the best possible service and support with their business’s packaging needs.
Communicate with customers via email and phone to provide information about products and services, take orders, and obtain details of all customer matters.
