Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Supervisor to join our team. As the Human Resources Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR department, including employee relations, performance management, training and development, and HRIS administration. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR operations and possess excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the HR department
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
• Conduct performance management activities, including performance evaluations and goal setting
• Coordinate training and development programs for employees
• Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations
• Administer HRIS systems such as Workday, Kronos, PeopleSoft, and Taleo
• Handle employee inquiries regarding benefits, payroll, and other HR-related matters
• Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes as needed
• Collaborate with management to develop strategies for employee engagement and retention

Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR roles, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and current employment laws
• Proficiency in HRIS systems such as Workday, Kronos, PeopleSoft, Taleo, and UltiPro
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Experience in contract negotiation is a plus
