Plumbing is Hiring an Office Manager Near Fort Lauderdale, FL

BUSY CONTRACTORS OFFICE - PLUMBING

We are looking to hire an Office Administrator to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing the administrative activities of the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare Proposals, and Service billing
  • Dispatch Field Service personnel, manage scheduling
  • Construction / Permitting experience required.
  • Quote, order materials, and PO's
  • Manage attendance, records and information
  • Provide administrative assistance to management team
  • Perform other office tasks (answer phones, replenish office supplies, etc.)

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in related fields a plus
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Strong leadership qualities, reliable, communication & interpersonal skills are imperative (verbal, written, and listening)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office/Excel, Knowledge of QB

Salary is commensurate with experience. Paid Holidays, Medical, and 401K

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $800.00 - $1,000.00 per week
