In the role, you will be:
· Answer general phone inquiries using a professional and courteous manner
· Reply to general information requests with accurate information
· Use computer software to prepare invoices and financial statements. CRM. Job Costing.
· Process accounts payable ensuring timelines and accuracy of information.
· Process accounts receivable ensuring timelines, accuracy of codes and appropriate backup.
· Schedule appointments and prepare presentation materials.
· Research, take notes and maintain good record keeping.
· Setting up spreadsheets, and adding clarity. CRM program
· Hiring, training and onboarding other rockstars to join the team
· Working with amazing clients
· Business development
Experience required
· Organizing random variables into an easy-to-follow process
· Connecting quickly with people both in person and over the phone or digitally
· Completion of bookkeeping course and/or knowledge or QuickBooks
· Strong work ethic, professionalism, confidentiality, and good judgement
· Outstanding written and verbal communication
· Passion for continued improvement
· Demonstrated problem solving and critical thinking skills
