We are seeking a dynamic Business Development and Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through developing and implementing strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to drive business development and growth.
- Identify new market opportunities and build relationships with potential clients.
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
- Lead projects related to market expansion, product launches, or other business development initiatives.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Oversee day-to-day operations.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer relationship management, business development, and sales.
- Excellent negotiation skills to secure profitable deals.
- Experience in the food industry would be your advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
