NVB Playgrounds is seeking an experienced and skilled Sales Representative to join our team! As a growing leader in our field, we are seeking a sales leader that matches our enthusiastic desire to grow.
Our ideal candidate has a passion for sales, is highly self-motivated and driven to succeed. You will work from our office maintaining existing accounts and developing business through in-house leads.

A successful associate will be goal-oriented, show initiative, able to meet deadlines, build relationships and enjoy a team atmosphere; in addition to being able to perform the following duties:
EXAMPLES OF MAJOR DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES OF AN INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE:
- Perform sales activities to achieve company sales objectives
- Identify and contact potential customers to grow business opportunities
- Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead/quote follow up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Drive sales through engagement of clients, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge
- Perform daily tasks based on the assigned work plan
- Maintain profitable and productive relationships with customers
- Communicate extensively with customers through phone, emails, and chats
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
- Accept inbound calls and make outbound calls
- Provide excellent services and ensure customer satisfaction
- Assist customers in selecting equipment that best suits their needs
- Close sales and achieve monthly sales goals
- Create quotes with accuracy (item pricing, quantity, shipping costs, quote notes, etc.)
- Maintain and continue to stay up to date in product knowledge and promotions
- Continually educate oneself on playground equipment guidelines and regulations as they continue to evolve
- Manage customer expectations with regard to lead times and price estimates
- Establish interdepartmental relationships with the other departments within the company to ensure a smooth transition for the client from the quoting step to the completion of the project
EXAMPLES OF MINOR DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES OF AN SALES REPRESENTATIVE:
- Christmas letters
- Assisting while fellow team members are out

INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Demonstrated ability in meeting sales objectives
- Impeccable interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to build rapport with clients, fellow team members, and suppliers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Thorough understanding of the industry and industry trends
- Receiving and maintaining the CPSI license (Certified Playground Safety Inspector)
- Ability to work comfortably in a fast paced environment
- Should have effective critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Should have impressive self-discipline and time management skills to stay on top of tasks and regularly meet deadlines/quotas
- Should be able to utilize CRM software in conjunction with sales activity
- Should enjoy a team atmosphere and value the importance of being a team player
- Should be detail and goal oriented
