Job Title: Inside Sales Representative
Location: Indianapolis, IN (Onsite)
Duration: Full time – Direct hire
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for daily tasks such as providing excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, generating leads, and managing accounts.
Qualifications
· Inside Sales, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service skills
· Experience in lead generation and account management
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills
· Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
· Goal-oriented and self-motivated
· Experience in the steel industry is a plus
· Bachelor's degree in Business or Experience in a related field
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
