Job Summary:
As the Tile Superintendent, you'll spearhead all facets of tile installation projects, from initial planning through to successful completion. This role demands a blend of project management expertise, extensive technical proficiency in tiling, and adept leadership skills to effectively coordinate teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and orchestrate multiple tiling projects, ensuring punctual delivery, adherence to budget constraints, and upholding of the highest quality standards.
• Coordinate and oversee tile installation teams, ensuring strict compliance with safety protocols and project specifications.
• Manage material procurement and oversee equipment maintenance to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct site inspections, offering technical guidance and troubleshooting support as necessary.
• Maintain open communication with project stakeholders, including contractors, clients, and design teams, to furnish updates and address any concerns.
• Prepare and scrutinize project documentation, including contracts, budgets, and progress reports.
• Cultivate the growth and skill development of team members, fostering a positive work environment conducive to productivity.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated track record as a Tile Superintendent or similar role in commercial construction.
• In-depth understanding of tile and stone installation techniques, materials, and industry standards.
• Robust leadership and team management capabilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong organizational aptitude coupled with problem-solving prowess.
• Familiarity with MS Office and project management software.
• Preferred qualifications include relevant certifications in construction management and OSHA 30 certification.

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in construction management, building science, or related disciplines is advantageous.
