Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for lenders and financial partners, providing prompt, reliable support through emails, calls, and chats.
Understand and anticipate client needs, facilitating a smooth, effective use of our loan origination platform to enhance their operational efficiency.
Foster strong relationships with clients, building trust and ensuring long-term partnership and satisfaction.
Issue Resolution and Support:
Quickly receive, categorize, and address client inquiries, providing first-level support and escalating more complex issues to the appropriate internal teams.
Act as a liaison between clients and technical support teams, ensuring clear communication and effective resolution of issues, thereby minimizing downtime and enhancing user experience.
Platform Advocacy and Education:
Develop a thorough understanding of our loan origination platform's features, updates, and capabilities.
Educate clients on how to best use the platform for their specific needs, offering tailored advice and support to maximize their success and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
Strong background in customer service or client-facing roles, preferably within the financial services or fintech industry.
Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with both technical teams and non-technical clients.
Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach, able to navigate complex issues and provide practical solutions.
Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with loan origination systems or platforms is highly desirable.
Familiarity with financial services, especially lending practices and regulations.
Proven ability to manage client relationships and provide exceptional service under tight deadlines.
