Plancorp is seeking an HR Coordinator to join our growing team. We advocate for clients by proactively guiding them through all aspects of their financial lives. The firm provides comprehensive, holistic financial planning and investment advisory services for individuals, families, business owners, non-profit and institutional clients. We assist clients in articulating meaningful goals and attaining those goals through actions and strategies consistent with their specified values.

Position Overview:
The HR Coordinator provides support for the full cycle of the recruiting process, with an eye toward continuous improvement. This person is part of an infrastructure that supports Plancorp’s whole team, giving us the ability to provide excellent service to our clients.
This position requires attention to detail and organizational skills as well as the ability to maintain absolute confidentiality. As with all positions at Plancorp, specific duties will be adapted to our business needs. In general, the following are the HR Coordinator’s responsibilities:

Recruiting support
• Conduct interviews with employee referral candidates and take appropriate follow up actions
• Ensure all resumes are logged in ATS
• Administer candidate assessments 
• Develop rapport and keep candidates informed of timelines
• Schedule interviews and support interview team with question guides and feedback surveys
• Attend virtual and in-person university career events
• Grow in confidence and responsibility, with a longer-term goal of being the primary recruiter for the firm

General HR support
• Build employee trust in Plancorp by providing exemplary customer service
• Cross train and develop strong partnership with HR Generalist
• Escalate employee issues to CTO

What you bring:
• B.A. or B.S. degree from accredited four-year university
• 2 years of recruiting or recruiting support experience, preferably in an agency context
• Respect for the confidentiality of employee and firm information
• Positive attitude and a passion for helping people
