**Customer Experience Representative**
**LOCATION:** Madison, WI **Summary:** Join a large, and growing trade association based in Madison, WI as a Customer Experience Representative. In this role you'll provide support to members and customers by providing technical support, registering for classes and events, and responding to online chat inquiries. This direct hire role offers a competitive starting pay and benefits. Hours are full-time, Monday-Friday between 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., hybrid.
**Responsibilities:**
* Answer and direct calls to appropriate outside companies or government agencies
* Provide customer support via phone and email for online education and real estate forms
* Send registration forms via email or mail
* Assist customers and members with website navigation and login
* Assist walk-in customers with purchasing materials, registrations, etc.
* Support internal departments with virtual meetings, proofreading, room scheduling, etc. as needed
* Complete and maintain project reports
* Assist with shipping and receiving as needed
**Qualifications:**
* High School Diploma
* 1 years of customer service experience in an office
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Experience with Microsoft Teams and/or Zoom is beneficial
* Ability to lift up to 20 lbs
