Kwik Kill Pest Control, INC. is a fast-growing local Pest Control Company based in the Madison area since 1979. We have proven to be Recession and Pandemic proof and are projected to grow another 10 % again for 2024.

Kwik Kill has BIG GROWTH Plans this year and needs your help. We are looking for a fun, ambitious, energetic person who possess great customer service and phone skills to help us continue to provide top notch personalized service to our customers. We believe when a new customer or existing client call the first impression comes from the voice on the phone, and that can be you!

Our 2 year in-house Professional Development Program provides paid training to gain the knowledge needed to become a Level 3 Customer Service Rep. Level 3 CSR's have an annual average salary of $55,000 .

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Communicate with Residential and Commercial Clients to eliminate or prevent insects and rodents such as Asian Beetles, Box Elder bugs, Wasps, Spiders, Ants and Mice.
  • Properly diagnose customer pest concerns and explain our services offered.
  • Efficiently schedule service calls onto technician schedules.
  • Maintain our High reputation built in the Madison area over the last 44 years.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Valid WI driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Be able to pass a drug test and background check.
  • Have Excellent communication skills!!
  • A desire to learn with a drive to succeed.
  • An understanding of the value of a long-lasting relationship, both to the business and our customers.
  • Passion for teamwork and success
