The QTI Group is Hiring a Customer Experience Representative Near Madison, WI
Join a Madison-based professional association as a Customer Experience Representative! In this role you’ll assist members and non-members with general inquiries, event registrations, and more. This exciting opportunity is direct hire, full-time Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Pay is $42,000/year and a competitive benefits package is offered.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct calls to appropriate outside companies or government agencies
- Provide customer support via phone and email for online education and real estate forms
- Send registration forms via email or mail
- Assist customers and members with website navigation and login
- Assist walk-in customers with purchasing materials, registrations, etc.
- Support internal departments with virtual meetings, proofreading, room scheduling, etc. as needed
- Complete and maintain project reports
- Assist with shipping and receiving as needed
- Associate degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2 years of customer service experience in an office
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with Microsoft Teams and/or Zoom is beneficial
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs
