Core Responsibilities

- Oversee daily operations and service

- Daily focus on guest relations, growing sales, managing COGS, labor and other expenses.

- Maintain knowledge of company policy, procedures, products, and a clear communication with operations team.

Essential Functions:

- Cultivate a positive work environment

- Management of a dynamic food program, including creation of specials and menu development

- Maintain a high standard of service

- Maintain and promote a high level of store cleanliness and organization

- Responsible for store level recruiting, hiring, and development

- Communicate with training team to continually develop team members

- Responsible for store level scheduling

- Maintain a strong inventory system and ordering practice

- Responsible for money handling

- Constant communication with operations team
