Administrative Assistant Job Description:
This position provides administrative support to various groups and interacts with all levels of management, employees, and external parties.
Job Attributes:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products including Outlook, Word, Power Point and Excel are required for success.
Strong organizational, interpersonal skills, and excellent written and oral communication skills, including ability to draft letters and documents and enter information into the various Client systems and programs.
Strict adherence to Company Code of Conduct and Safety rules.
Must be or quickly become familiar with Company policies, Guidelines, and Procedures.
Must be a team player ready to provide assistance to any aspect of Distribution Operations.
Must be self-motivated and able to work with minimum supervision.
Ability to adapt to change
Detail oriented
Must be able to prioritize work, multi-task and perform assigned tasks with minimal supervision
Ability to handle stressful situations and responsibilities
Duties:
Provide clerical and administrative support
Direct contact with customers and interface with other work groups as needed to gather required information or other assigned tasks
Supporting project managers by putting together documents and information
Communicating with project management team to deliver various updates
Submitting info or creating info with internal groups to support project managers
Updating internal programs with information from project managers
Creating spreadsheets with information generated from internal systems
Other administrative tasks as required
Note:
Pay Rate: $24.00/hourly
Duration: 6-months plus possible extensions
Location: Killeen, Tx 76541 (Onsite Only)
Daily Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 7:30 am to 4:00 pm
Pay Range: $22.00 - $24.00
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
